Code of Conduct

Reform Jersey is a growing political party, and our membership is rising. As our organisation grows, it is important for us to put policies and procedures in place that will ensure that our values are maintained, and that all involved with the running of the party act with integrity.

At a Special General Meeting held on 10th October 2019, members voted to adopt a Code of Conduct.  The Code of Conduct formally establishes some behaviours that are expected from all of our members.  These behaviours support our core values, and will maintain an organisation within which all members will act with respect, and be treated respectfully.


The following values underpin our Code of Conduct:

  • We are a party of equality

  • We will not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment

  • Reform Jersey is an anti-racist party, committed to combating and campaigning against all forms of racism

  • All people should be treated with dignity and respect

  • Harassment, intimidation, hateful language and bullying are never acceptable, nor is any form of discrimination on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability
